Ledgemont

Formerly the heavy equipment and grounds storage for the a large R&D campus, the lower level of the parking garage was transformed: cleaned, cut into, and rebuilt for two separate BL2 Labs and a management office.  Storefront was inserted into the newly opened and resupported face.  A seismic support system was installed to keep the vibrations of the cars above from effecting the mechanical systems and lab equipment.  Located near the main street access to the campus, the new facade transforms the former supply garage into a welcoming entrance.
