The integration of two buildings with a new accessible entrance and lobby, and 45 loft style condominium units within a renovated five story brick building in downtown Boston.

The units range from compact studios, to large two story units, and top floor units that have internal stairs to private roof headhouses and decks, all of which recycle and transform building elements left behind from previous uses.
