9 Mercer

A complete renovation of a 4,000 s.f. R&D building with an addition of 3,500 s.f. of contiguous space, for a custom assembler of Supercomputers.  A new metal panel and glass façade system was devised that enabled the new and the old portions of the building to seamlessly blend together, resulting in the perception of a single unified facility.  The interior consists of a large assembly floor, with employee lounge and breakout spaces, a new loading dock and storage facility, as well as the office and administrative functions of the company.
