The exterior, comprised of dark charcoal siding and warm wood accents, features expansive windows that establish a connection between the interior living space and the backyard. Custom walnut millwork on the main level will pays homage to the home’s architectural roots. A concealed door near the lower-level gym and guest suite provides access to a vinyl record-lined speakeasy.
