Delix

Delix Therapeutics, a trailblazer in neuroplastogen research, set out to to create a space that would welcome employees back to the office in a post pandemic world by creating an environment focused on equal access to natural light and exterior views.  A shared lounge resides at the core of the space, which allows meeting rooms, offices, and an expansive open office area to circle the perimeter and provide opportunities for views beyond.

Mindful of the psychological  benefits of the natural environment, Delix pursued material palette derived from organic elements with an industrial character. Glass walls and wood screens maintain transparency between functionally specified zones. The organic character of the space is complimented by a lighting design featuring forms intrinsically linked to the company and its focus.
